Providence Farm Ragdolls are carefully selected and bred primarily for health and temperament. That being said, each cat is an individual, and for this reason I always try to match each client to the cat that best fits them and their lifestyle.

Since my cats are primarily bred for pet homes, I don't show them and I'm not a member of any cat breeding organizations. I also don't select against unique markings, as they in no way affect the health or personality of the cat, and I feel one-off markings add character and uniqueness to each cat.

I adhere closely to the ragdoll breed standards, and aim to always be a compassionate and ethical breeder of QUALITY RAGDOLL CATS. I follow the breeding and housing guidelines set by MPI as well as those set by NZCF.

All cats are sold as 'pets only', not to be bred from, and all go home with a desexing agreement made to protect the life of the cat as well as our precious New Zealand wildlife.
